In Apulian dialect means “the vinestock”. From old Negroamaro bush vines, this wine is Bright ruby red with garnet shades, and gives sensations of red currant, forest fruit and orange zest, tobacco, violet, iron, humus and menthol. Elegant sip, ripe tannins, fruity and fresh with very long persistence.
Good with Ham, first courses of pasta with ragù, risotto with porcini mushroom and bacon, lamb and pork, medium aged cheeses.
