GIBLIN is a dialect expression for “Giubellini” (old farm-house in Monforte d’Alba town); it is a Barolo selection, which sums up the personality of Nebbiolo grape with most up-to-date wine making technologies. The refining is in small French oak barrels. The wine is complex velvety and elegant.
