Aromas of ripe strawberry, dark cherry, and baking spices lead to a dense, full-bodied palate with savory herbs and powerful tannins, finishing with bright acidity and a stony persistence.

·        The Saperavi grapes are hand harvested from 15- to 45-year-old vines. After the grapes are pressed, and poured in the traditional Qvevri amphora vessels which are buried in the ground for malolactic fermentation. Afterwards, the wine is aged for a period of 6 to 8 months once again in Qvevri jars until bottling.
